Our client — a leading international manufacturer with a modern, award-winning facility in North Wales — is recruiting a Production Operator to join their busy assembly and inspection teams.
THE ROLE
- Assembling and inspecting high-specification products to strict quality standards
- Carrying out detailed cosmetic and functional checks so every item meets customer expectations
- Following clear work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe (supporting continuous improvement initiatives)
- Working flexibly as part of a team on a fast-paced production line
- Upholding all health & safety requirements at all times
You’ll be part of a supportive team where quality and safety come first.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and eager to learn
- Previous good experience of working in a manufacturing/production environment
- Reliable, safety-conscious and takes pride in doing a good job
- Good with their hands and comfortable working at a steady pace
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality
- Able to follow instructions accurately and work methodically
- Happy working both independently and as part of a team
- Starting salary £25,580
- Excellent work-life balance — this is a days based role, Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:15, Friday 08:00–16:15,
- 20 days paid annual leave (plus bank holidays) — some days to be taken during company shutdown periods
