7.5t Driver

Full Job Description:
M4 Specialist are currently seeking reliable and experienced 7.5T Drivers for our client based in Doncaster. This is ongoing work, working for a well-known national logistics company with a great working environment and could lead to permanent role. 

No minimum experience, the focus is more about reliability and customer service, as this is a home delivery role and will involve delivering furniture to customers’ homes and placing in the correct room (all training will be given and will be at least double manned). 

3 day Induction Wednesday 3rd June to Friday 5th June starting at 8am.

Shifts for the role of a 7.5T driver:
•    Monday to Saturday on 3-week rota. Working 2 Saturdays in a 3 week period. 
•    Start times between 5am-8am

Duties of a 7.5T driver will include:
•    Safe and efficient movement of goods to customer’s premises 
•    Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
•    Ensure all policies are adhered to
•    Excellent understanding of driving hours and manual entries
•    Passionate about delivering great customer service
•    Maintain a professional image when driving a company vehicle

Requirements for the role of a 7.5T driver:
•    Valid 7.5T (C1) Licence essential
•    Up to date Digitacho and CPC
•    DBS dated in last 2 years required or DBS in progress
•    Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player & hardworking.
•    Exceptional communication skills.
•    Full UK driving license is essential
